TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By placing an order with The Initialed Life LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- By ordering you are verifying that you are at least 18 years old or have your parent's permission to order.
- The price of merchandise is accepted when you place your order.
- You are aware and accept the shipping costs before confirming your order.
- Your credit card information is processed over a secure SSL encryption. The Initialed Life LLC does not store any credit card information.
- If you are ordering in West Virginia, you are aware and are accepting that state and local taxes may apply.
By ordering you have agreed to pay in full the purchase price of merchandise ordered, shipping costs, and local taxes. We will not ship any merchandise that is not paid for in full, as it is still owned by The Initialed Life.
All items are available to purchase at the price shown. We do not price match with other vendors.
The Initialed Life is headquartered in Charleston, WV. Please note state and local taxes will apply in this area and are the customer's responsibility.
The Initialed Life has the right to update information and pricing on our products without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders due to lack of stock. The Initialed Life does not price match or adjust pricing in the event of a sale.
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all monogrammed items cannot be returned or refunded. Non-embroidered, full price merchandise may be returned within 10 days of arrival. All non-embroidered merchandise returned must be in original packaging with original tags attached. Should you want to return your full priced, non-personalized purchase, please e-mail email@example.com to receive an RA #. Please note that only the purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded and original shipping fees will not.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to have a tracking number & insurance when sending your package back, as The Initialed Life is not responsible for any lost return packages or merchandise that is damaged during shipping.
Ready To Ship Items: West Virginia Sweatshirts may be returned no later than January 20th, 2018 and will be given store credit only for the purchase price of the item. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Exchanges are not guaranteed as sizes and colors are subject to selling out. We cannot guarantee that we will make these sweatshirts again in the future. Please pay close attention to our size chart as these run large on women. A store credit does not expire. Return instructions will be attached to your invoice. Only sweatshirts returned in good condition with original tags attached are granted store credit. (Sweatshirts missing tags, that appear to be worn, have stains, animal hairs, strong odors, and in any other condition that is not re-sellable will be denied for store credit and the customer will have to pay to have the item shipped back to them. If they do not pay within 30 days, the item is subject to donation.)
Our pre made hats are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.
Only non personalized, full price merchandise is eligible for an exchange. In the case of an exchange, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure an exchange is possible before sending your merchandise back.
Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please contact email@example.com within 7 days of their arrival. At our discretion, we will replace or refund damaged items and assume shipping costs associated with said decision.
Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if you do not contact us within the first 7 days of your order arriving.
Sale items may not be returned.
Due to the custom nature of embroidery we cannot guarantee any items can be canceled. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately, but if your item has already begun personalization, there is nothing we can do.
We ship all packages through USPS. If you need a faster method, please e-mail us and we are happy to accommodate. If your package is shipped and for any reason undeliverable to your address, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay to have your items reshipped once they have been returned to us. The ship dates that USPS provides are estimated arrival dates. USPS does not guarantee any of their estimated dates. If you need a guaranteed in hand date for our products, please e-mail us and we will send you an invoice and your package through Fedex, which guarantees their delivery dates. Once packages leave our facility, we have no control over what happens to them. We always recommend sending packages USPS Priority mail which insures the contents.
The Initialed Life website, all of its characters, its content and designs are owned by The Initialed Life, a company based in Charleston, West Virginia, USA. For convenience, throughout this Policy material, we will refer to The Initialed Life, its successors and assigns as “The Initialed Life” or “Us,” “We” or “Our,” and will refer to You as “You” or “Your” or “Yours.”
The information we collect when placing an order (Name, address, e-mail address, & phone number) is only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Communication through the e-mail or phone number you provide while ordering will only be in regards to that order.
Should you provide us with your e-mail for our mailing list while visiting our website, we will send you e-mails regarding new products, sales, and other information updating you on The Initialed Life. You may choose to opt out at any time by clicking the opt out link in the bottom of our e-mails.
Note to Minors
The Initialed Life is intended only for users 13 years of age and older. We do not intentionally gather personal information from anyone under the age of 13 years old.

When you place an order with The Initialed Life, we will collect specific Personal Information sufficient to create your items and identify you. Additional personal information may be collected through Your use of the website.
